I bought one of these for my girlfriend and I liked it so much I bought one for myself. Unfortunately my one only worked for a month before failing. That would have been a problem except that when I raised the issue with Pasonomi via Amazon , they immediately replaced the faulty unit. I mean we're talking 24 hours here. That kind of customer service counts for a lot as far as I'm concerned.
